Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features on the plan you choose and can cancel before the trial ends with no charge.

A review request is a message Kenko sends to a client after a class they attended, asking them to leave a Google review. The Starter plan covers up to 200 of these per month. Growth is unlimited. Requests that receive no response are not resent to the same client within 60 days.

Starter includes one integration: Mindbody or Vagaro. Growth adds Pike13, Glofox, and WellnessLiving, and supports up to two integrations simultaneously. Multi-Location plans include unlimited integrations. Do not see yours? Ask us and we will tell you what is on the roadmap.

Yes. All outreach goes out under your studio name and phone number. Kenko does not brand the messages. Clients receive them as if you sent them directly, which is the point.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

No setup fee on any plan. Most studios are fully connected and running their first automation within 20 minutes of signing up. You connect your booking platform, review your default message templates, and Kenko takes it from there.

Annual billing saves approximately 15% off the monthly rate. Starter drops from $79 to $67/mo, Growth from $149 to $127/mo. You are billed once per year. Annual plans are non-refundable after the free trial ends.
